Prince Dele Anifowose was born in Ikorodu, Lagos State on Monday 15th April, 1958. A graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and he also has a second degree in Christian Education, and Phd in Theology. He is an associate member of the British Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. He starts his working career with Unilever Nigeria Limited formerly Lever Brothers Nigeria Limited.

He worked with Nigeria Television Authority in the Engineering Department. Prince Dele Anifowose later went on to pioneer the engineering department of various indigenous companies such as Fairbond Agencies Limited and Dalex Company Limited, before eventually leaving to start off his own company; Jovi International Limited  is a distributor of Chubb Security Group of Companies and has acquired vast experienced in the area of security systems and JOVI International is registered by Chubb as sole distributor in Nigeria and West Africa.

A graduate of Business Administration from University of Lagos and Masters in Employment and Labor Studies from University of Lagos. Works in Federal Ministry of Works and Housing. She is presently the Director of Jovi International Company Limited to transfer her 35 years of experience to Jovi International  Company Limited when she is retired to fully join Jovi International Limited as the Executive Director Administration in March 2018.

Engineer Adeosun is a graduate of Metallurgical  Engineering and Material Science from the University of Ife and a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Lagos. His working Career include Kontiki Water Engineering Company and General Metal Product (G.M.P). He has worked as an aircraft Accident Engineer. Engineer Adeosun has wide experience in quality  control and testing of solid materials. He has Phd in Fluid Mechanics at Waterlow University in Canada.

Holds MBA (Finance), Lagos State University. A graduate of Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology. An Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Administration, Institute of Certified Professional  Managers and Champion School of Real Estate (USA).

She worked with Cost Control and Human Resources Departments of Total Upstream Ltd, Formerly Elf Petroleum Nig. Ltd. She is also the founder of Flabesh Ventures. She is working presently as the DMD/Chief Operating Officer of Jovi International Company Ltd. She speaks English, German and French.

Mike Adeniji holds a B.Sc Degree in Economics from the University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University (1982). He was a beneficiary of the National Merit Awards for Educational Excellence while in the University (1978/79-1981/82). Mike is a Chartered Accountant, qualified with the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1988. He is also a member of Nigerian Institute of Management.

He has attended many supervisory and managment courses in reputable institution such as Mac-Tay TackTraining, University of ibadan and Lagos Business School. Mike has varied working experience spanning through audit in a reputable Chartered Accountants firm; accounting and management services functions in manufacturing, trading, information technology and Oil and Gas + Haulage industries. He joined Jovi International Company limited as Financial Controller in July 2009 and is currently the Financial Consultant. He is married with Children.
